March 2018

The idea is born

Minggo emerged from a clear need in the recruitment market. Wim Van Meerbeeck, founder and CEO of HRlinkIT, noticed that there was no platform available that allowed companies to easily build modern experiences and smart interfaces on top of their recruitment software. The first seed for Minggo was planted.

January 2019

From vision to reality

The development of Minggo officially begins. A specialized team in Ghent and Ukraine is joining forces to build our innovative platform.

April 2020

The first launch

After months of development, Minggo is introduced to the market. The first client goes live and discovers how easy it is to improve recruitment processes with custom digital experiences.

February 2021

Introduction of Prebuilt Apps

To help clients get started even faster, Minggo is launching its first Prebuilt Apps. These ready-to-use solutions make it possible to implement valuable applications in a short amount of time without extensive development projects.

January 2024

Part of Partena Professional

Partena Professional recognized Minggo's growth potential and brought the platform into the group. Thanks to additional investment and expertise, Minggo can further accelerate its product development and international ambitions.

January 2025

200 clients live

A major milestone: the 200th client goes live with Minggo. This growth confirms the platform's strong position within the recruitment sector and the trust clients place in our technology.

October 2026

Minggo is becoming an HR and recruitment automation platform

After years of success in recruitment, Minggo is taking the next step. The platform is now expanding to support broader HR processes, allowing organizations to digitize even more workflows, experiences, and integrations from one central platform.
