1. Minggo and your privacy

Minggo values your privacy highly. As a Belgian software company, we are well-positioned to protect and safeguard your privacy to the fullest extent. We ensure that we only process data relevant to the specific purpose. In this way, we avoid unnecessary transactions and storage of your personal data.

This privacy policy explains what personal data Minggo collects from you through our interactions. We also provide a detailed explanation of how we use and store that data.

2. What personal data is collected?

2.1 Website

The following personal data may be shared with us via the website:

  • Last name
  • First name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

This personal data is requested in the context of:

  • Requesting a Minggo demo.
  • Downloading a whitepaper or other content.
  • Filling out the contact form.

2.2 Campaigns

Campaigns are targeted marketing initiatives with a limited duration. A campaign lasts for a maximum of three months. At the start of a campaign, a target audience is defined. This audience receives an email from us inviting them to visit the campaign page on our website. This process is managed via Autopilot. If interested, individuals can register to receive more information. At that point, we request no more than the following personal data:

  • Last name
  • First name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

We will also request your consent as described in section 3.

At the end of a campaign, all personal data is removed from Autopilot. This data is deleted within a maximum of three months.
If you have registered via the campaign page on our website, your details will be added to our CRM system.
We use LinkedIn and/or our CRM system to define and contact target audiences. For LinkedIn, we utilize LinkedIn Premium Services to find contacts. If you do not wish to be included, you can opt out of this service on LinkedIn.

2.3 Autopilot

Minggo uses a CRM system as our central hub for managing contact details for customers and prospects. This data is collected from various sources, including our website and other channels such as direct contact (e.g., business cards).

The following data is stored in the CRM system:
Personal data:

  • Title
  • Salutation
  • First name
  • Middle name
  • Name
  • Suffix
  • Email
  • Job title
  • Mobile

2.4 Google Analytics

Our site also uses Google Analytics. We do this to gain better insight into how the website is used. This allows us to improve our website.
Google Analytics collects data such as:

  • Your IP address
  • Your Google session ID
  • Which pages you visit on the site
  • How you arrived at the site

Your IP address is anonymized by replacing the last three digits of your IP address with zeros.

3. Consent

When entering your personal data, you are also asked for your consent to process your information. Your personal data will only be processed after you have given your consent for this. You can withdraw your consent at any time. See point 4 in this privacy statement for an explanation of how to do this.

4. How can I withdraw my consent for processing?

You can do this by sending an email to privacy@hrlinkit.be
We will process your request as quickly as possible and confirm via email that this has been done.

5. How long do we keep your data?

We retain your data for 5 years. The 5-year period begins the moment you have given your consent.

For CVs, this is a maximum of one year.

6. Minors

It is not HRlinkIT's intention to collect data from minors.
If we discover that data from minors has been collected, this data will be deleted immediately.

If you are a minor (under 16 years of age) and wish to apply for a holiday job, we also require the permission of one of your parents.

7. With whom do we share your data?

HRlinkIT does not share or sell personal data with other parties.
An exception to this is if we are legally required to do so.

8. How can I exercise my rights?

You can exercise the following rights:

  • You may withdraw your consent at any time.
  • You may request to see which personal data we hold about you.
  • You may update your personal data.
  • You may request that we provide your personal data in a format that can be automatically read by another service.
  • You may request that we delete your personal data.
  • You may request that we stop processing your personal data.
  • You may object to the processing of your personal data.
  • You may request to stop receiving direct marketing.
  • You may request that no automated decision-making be applied to your personal data.

We will respond as soon as possible (at the latest within one month). If we require more time, the period may be extended by an additional two months. If we need this extra time, we will notify you within one month of receiving your request.

If we have any doubts regarding your identity, we will ask you to verify it before we respond to your request concerning personal data.

9. Changes to the privacy statement

This privacy statement is subject to change. The date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of the statement, allowing you to quickly see if any changes have been made.
We recommend that you review this privacy statement regularly.
