How EngineerX presents candidates with an app

As a specialist in sourcing engineers for industrial projects, EngineerX presents many candidates to its clients every day. Until recently, this was done manually via email, resulting in a lack of overview. In just a few weeks, EngineerX created a client app where all candidates are presented digitally. The result: satisfied clients and administrative time savings for the recruiter.

The EngineerX challenge

EngineerX used to present candidates to its clients entirely manually. "Drafting those emails over and over is not only inefficient for the recruiter," says CEO Byron Soulopoulos, "it also meant that the client had absolutely no overview of the various candidates presented and their corresponding CVs." The risk of missing out on great opportunities became too high.

A personalized client app

EngineerX wanted to automate this manual process with a client app. This app had two main tasks: giving the client an overview of all candidates and CVs per open vacancy, and clearly displaying the status of each candidate. Instead of having a custom app built from scratch, EngineerX chose to assemble an app using the Minggo app builder.

In just a few weeks, EngineerX configured a fully personalized client app with Minggo, without writing any code. Their clients now have insight into all active vacancies and receive candidate proposals, including relevant information such as CVs, videos, cover letters, and more. With the push of a button, the client can move a candidate to the next stage.
